TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service govern your use of the MomminUp! website and your purchase of products from Growth Networks LLC, the company that owns and operates MomminUp! ("MomminUp!," "Growth Networks," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Overview: MomminUp! is a curated online store offering apparel, accessories, beauty and self-care items, and everyday lifestyle products organized around a busy mom's real life, across categories including Move & Train, Workday Ready, Beauty & Reset, Mom Life Essentials, and Off-Duty.
Orders and payment: All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider(s); prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or unavailable inventory, in which case we will notify you and issue a refund for any amount already charged. To cancel or change an order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at support@momminup.com; we can only cancel or modify orders that have not yet entered fulfillment.
Product information: We aim to display product details, including descriptions and images, as accurately as possible. Actual colors and details may vary slightly due to photography and display settings. We do not make medical, therapeutic, or performance claims about any product, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
